In a new swimwear photo, Rebel Wilson shows off her recent weight loss and reminds her fans that it’s “never too late to change yourself.”
The actress posted a photo of herself in a red one-piece with a plunging neckline clinging to a piece of driftwood in the sea.
Pitch Perfect’s star reunited with her closest friends for a beach bash called Rebel Island for her 21st birthday.
The 41-year-old Australian comic gave words of encouragement in the accompanying caption to anyone contemplating life changes.
Even if you’re in your fifties or sixties, you can still make improvements in any of these areas.
“You can do it, everyone who’s striving to be a little better this week. It doesn’t matter how small the contribution is. It’s worth it to put forth the effort. You’re deserving of respect.”
Wilson’s followers appeared to respond positively to the empowering post, with several taking to the comments section to show their gratitude.

Wilson has previously spoken out about her weight loss, saying that she credits her success to adopting a “holistic approach.”
The Bridesmaids actress revealed that she planned to make 2020 her “Year Of Health” at the beginning of the year.
This year is going to be the Year of Health because I’ve been theming my years for the previous few years, so I had the Year of Fun, the Year of Love, and this year I’m like, ‘It’s going to be the Year of Health.'”
Following this, the star revealed she was encouraged to alter her fitness regimen after turning 40 in March of last year.
As she later confessed, “I never really concentrated on my health,” she said.
Wilson said, “I was traveling all over the world, jet-setting everywhere, and indulging in an unhealthy amount of sugar consumption. “That was a bad habit of mine. Sweets are my weakness. Desserts are some of my favorite foods.
Her admirers have followed along on her fitness and health journey, and she’s shared some of the body confidence tips she’s used to stay on track, such as avoiding the scales.
Instagram users may have had a glimpse of her in her dressing robe and scales as she posted a photo to the social media platform.
As the actress captioned the photo, she wrote: “Rather than step on the scale, look at yourself in the mirror and be like ‘dammmm girrrrrl… you’re smart and talented and accomplished and perfect just the way you are.’”

Only 8 kg remain till I achieve my target, which I intend to do before the end of the year.
