‘Tag team’ parents Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have two children.
In order to maintain a work-life balance, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have come up with the concept of a “tag team”.
The 38-year-old actress, who shares her husband’s two children, Wyatt, 6, and Dimitri, 5, has opened out about how she and the Hollywood star have managed to maintain a work-life balance since becoming parents.
Mila’s response when asked how they deal with the problem was: “We’re working together as a team!
“Neither my partner nor I work in tandem on any given day. Also, we only shoot on location when school is out for the summer; otherwise, we film everything at home.”
These two philanthropists in their forties are actively involved in a number of worthwhile initiatives.
They also attempt to set a positive example for their children, even though their children are too young to understand what they’re doing.
She said on “Entertainment Tonight” that she hoped to “lead by example” in her interview.
Mila, on the other hand, has publicly acknowledged that she was unable to balance her job and motherhood at one point.
To shoot an entire movie might be stressful, as the actress admitted.
She made the following statement: “When making a movie, you can expect to put in anything from 15 to 17 hours each day. I’m missing my baby’s entire day, from when he wakes up to when he goes to bed.”
The mistakes that all mothers make, Mila has learned, are unavoidable.
When it comes to overreacting to situations, the “Friends with Benefits” actress — who has been married to Ashton since 2015 — still feels bad about herself after their marriage.
She continued, saying: “Then I’ll come back and sit her down and apologize. Mom went too far in her reaction. ‘Do you accept my apology?’ And she says, ‘Yeah, I forgive you.'”
“I want her to know that I’m just as flawed as she is, whether she realizes it or not.”
