There are now preloads available for the Battlefield 2042 beta on all platforms, including Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PCs. Prior to the game’s release, players can download and install the beta two times: once for preorders on October 6 and again on October 8, when it will be available to the entire public.

Other new features in Battlefield 2042, like the plus system and vehicle drop system, should make their beta premiere in the game. Changing weapon attachments mid-game is possible with the first option
while airdropping vehicles to a player’s location is possible with the latter. Overall, Battlefield 2042’s a lot going for it and might be one of the greatest Xbox shooters on the market when it comes out.
