The new teaser for Pokémon Legends: Arceus reveals major improvements to fights.
Nintendo’s Pokémon Presents presentation has unveiled a new video as well as a slew of fresh details.
During today’s Pokémon Presents event, Nintendo revealed a slew of new details about the highly anticipated Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Nintendo also unveiled a brand-new, gorgeous video, which covered a new combat system, new regional Pokémon, and the new abilities trainers will need to capture them all.
The story of Pokémon Legend: Arceus takes place in the Hisui area, a natural wonderland filled with various ecosystems and a plethora of regional Pokémon.
Your mission is to assist the Galaxy Expedition Team in studying and cataloging the region’s Pokémon by creating the first Pokédex.

Nintendo gave us a look at the combat system in Pokémon Legends:
Arceus, which mixes traditional Pokémon gameplay with a few new twists. The Action Order bar, which shows which Pokémon’s turn is coming up next, is a new feature. Attacks that fall into the strong or agile style categories may be used to affect turn order and frequency. Strong style techniques strike harder but take longer to execute, lengthening the time between attacks. Agile type moves are slower but weaker, and utilizing them will let you attack several times in succession.
The various types of Pokémon that live in the Hisui area also featured in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Pokémon Legends, like Sun and Moon and Sword and Shield,
will include regional varieties of Pokémon that have adapted to life in the Hisui area. Some of these regional variations, such as the Hisuian braviary or the spirit-possessed basculegion, will let you ride them throughout the wide and diverse terrain.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus takes the popular monster-catching series to a daring new perspective. The focus on freely wandering amid swaying grass as tiny bidoofs bounce about has prompted parallels to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Nintendo seems to be attempting to break the mold of past Pokémon games by providing players with a beautiful, pokémon-filled environment to explore.
On January 28th, 2022, Pokémon Legends: Arceus will be released on the Nintendo Switch.
