Brittany Commisso, who was listed as “Executive Assistant no. 1” in the state attorney general’s investigation
into alleged sexual harassment by Cuomo in the workplace and came out on Monday in an interview, saying: “the Democratic governor
groped her in the Governor’s Mansion last year”.
In an ‘interview’ with “CBS” also “the Times Union” of Albany, Commisso stated,
“I believe he grabbed me, he touched me, not once, but twice, and I don’t think that had occurred to any of the other ladies.”

The female investigator claimed that she exposed to sexual harassment and a Democratic
governor’s touch, culminating in an event in the Mansion of the Governor last November.

The event is being investigated at the Albany County “District Attorney’s” office for possible criminal charges,
which it says, “has reached under her shirt and grabbed her breast.”

Brittany commisso is one of 11 women questioned in the study also 9 of whom are state employees, who say
Cuomo touched them improperly or made inappropriate remarks.
Cuomo has been called to resign as a result of the findings,
notably by Vice “President Joe Biden” and the state Assembly is considering impeachment procedures if he does not.
Cuomo suffered another setback on Sunday night and when his senior assistant, Melissa DeRosa, resigned.
Cuomo’s attorney, Rita Glavin, said Friday that Commisso’s chronology of events does not match his
office’s records. Cuomo has consistently denied that he improperly touched anybody and his attorney

“The governor consistently denied anything ever happened, also he shocked when she first
brought it up in early March,” Glavin said.
According to brittany Commisso’s attorney, when the incident occurred, Commisso had been at the mansion for several hours.
brittany commisso wasn’t just working with the governor. She was working with “other staffers”. Emails that she sent
while she was at the mansion show that she was joking, was “eating” snacks, and even offered to stay at
the mansion once her work finished.
Commisso kept the event to herself for more than three months.
She had made up her mind to tell no one and became visibly upset when Cuomo rejected the other sexual harassment claims.
On Monday, the Assembly’s judiciary committee will vote on legislation to impeach Cuomo.
About two-thirds “of New York State Assembly members” support impeachment proceedings if Governor
Cuomo does not step down. In order to commence “an impeachment trial”l, a “simple majority vote is sufficient”.
