“Deep Water” star Ana de Armas and Ben Affleck are the stars of the steamy new HULU trailer.
Sultry thriller based on Patricia Highsmith’s novel The Talented Mr. Ripley was directed by Adrian Lyne (Fatal Attraction, Indecent Proposal).
It’s possible Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas’ on-screen romance is ended now that the actor has reconnected with J-Lo, but Hulu is finally releasing their film Deep Water, in which they starred together in 2011.
In this seductive thriller, we’re taken into a picture-perfect marriage. VIC and Melinda van Allen are on a quest to uncover the perils of their deceptive games of deception and what happens to those who fall victim to them.
Director Adrian Lyne returns to the big screen for the first time in 20 years in Deep Water, which is written by Zach Helm and Euphoria creator Sam Levinson and based on a screenplay written by Helm and Levinson.
Originally slated for 2020, Deep Water has been postponed because of COVID-19 and Disney’s purchase of 20th Century Fox.
Lil Rel Howery, Dash Mihok, Finn Wittrock, Kristen Connolly, Jacob Elordi, Rachel Blanchard, Michael Braun, Jade Fernandez, Grace Jenkins, Brendan C. Miller, Devyn Tyler, and Jeff Pope are also in the cast.
