The service is always excellent!!! Tippi always ensures that the design meets my requirements.
Rose has always taken care of my pedicure, but she did a new set about three weeks ago, and I was very pleased with her work.

I showed the nail technician and she was able to duplicate the appearance. It wasn’t exactly the same, but it was near enough, and it looked adorable.
It does not do it justice in this photograph.
They seemed to be adorable.

THE BEST IS ROSE! She takes her time with pedicures and removes all the dirt from your toes. I adore her! You receive more than your money’s worth.

I just relocated to this area and discovered this location. Horrible service, I’ve came in a few times for a mani and pedi and there’s always a “long wait” despite the fact that there are usually many nail technicians available and they tell me to come back when I do since they can’t perform it because it’s too busy now. I’m not going to return to people that plainly don’t want my money! Only if you look like a specific race will you get assistance from them!

I’ve been coming to this little gem since it was opened. Misty is amazing, and so are the rest of the girls. Honestly best pedicures ever! I don’t trust anyone to do my nails or even touch my feet, only them. Thank you ladies

I’ve been coming here since they open, all are very sweet and professional. Misty is amazing with the nails! Rose is my girl for my pedicures, she deep cleans and takes all the junk between my nails to the T.

I used to frequent this establishment, but after today’s incident, I will no longer patronise it.
Vicky, my favourite nail technician, is no longer with us. Of all the nail technicians here, her work was by far the best. She was nice and checked to see whether you were satisfied with your nails. She completed them just as you requested.
I’ve owned both Rose and Tipi, and both of them have cut me on many times (Tipi for acrylics and Rose for pedicures). I realise that mishaps sometimes, but the cut I received during my pedicure today was simply catastrophic. My big toe is enlarged as a result of it. Rose stated something I didn’t understand when I informed her she cut me (something about a hang nail?—but I didn’t come in with a hang nail). She dug so far into my flesh that it began to bleed profusely. She saw I was furious and ultimately apologised before applying hydrogen peroxide and alcohol to my gashed big toe. While I appreciate her endeavour to remedy her error, it took many tries to get her to clean it up (and not just put it back in the pedicure water). I wanted to scream as she poured the alcohol on it, but I stayed silent. An really unpleasant experience:(
I’m disappointed that I’ll have to find a new nail salon, but you get what you pay for. I’ve brought friends and family here because of Vicky, but now that she’s gone and they don’t seem to care about their work, I’m going somewhere else. I’m not even sure if they clean their tools. Lesson learned. I hope they read this review and improve their customer service.

Please don’t take a seat next to the elderly guy! Make a request to visit one of the women. This set cost $30, and I can’t believe I spent that much for it. He seems unconcerned about his job; it is sloppy and lazy! Before I gave up, I requested him to repair my nails three times. He obviously has no idea what he’s doing. Because the male was sleeping when I arrived, the women had to rouse him up to assist me. He doesn’t seem to take his work seriously, in my opinion. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS SITE!

I went in for a regular manicure. I didn’t have any old nail paint to remove, and I’d just had my nails done a week before, so my cuticles didn’t need any care. As a result, my manicure should not have taken an hour and 20 minutes. It did, though. The man who did my nails was so bad that I’m not sure whether he even had a cosmetology licence. He chopped into one that bled because the nail paint was caked on and the cuticles were now ridged all over. The whole experience was abhorrent and, quite honestly, a disgrace to the profession of cosmetology. Will not return

I was Tipi’s first customer as she was opening her salon.

DO NOT get your manicure or pedicure done by one of the guys that work there. They should be fired, to be honest. I had my acrylics done by one of the male workers there about 2 months ago (I know this review is late but I want to make sure no one wastes their money here because the men don’t take their jobs seriously) anyways, as I was saying, I had them done by one of the male workers and he did a terrible job. He took two hours, when Vicky used to do them in an hour or less and leave me with beautiful nails. I’m not sure what happened to Vicky or if she was fired or whatever, but I doubt it since she does an incredible job and was one of the greatest individuals there PERIODT. The nails were very thin, and as you might guess, they snapped easily, causing excruciating pain. He also spent 20-30 minutes just putting on the tips and another 25 minutes filling up the gaps in my nails. My nails were really thin and brittle when I removed them because he filled them too much. (Yes, your nails may be harmed when you have acrylics, but when I say they were thin, I MEAN THIN.) I’ve done my nails multiple times and my nails were never so thin when I removed them.) I’m not kidding when I say I wish I was. He took so long to put the tips on because he was unsteady and couldn’t see clearly. However, since he used so little nail adhesive, they kept sliding off. Also, DO NOT get your pedicure done by a man!! My mother and I went, and one of the other males gave her a pedicure. She despised it since he had cut her twice and was bleeding. Then it came time to paint her toes, which was a disaster, since it was incredibly messy. So I strongly advise you to either wait for a female manicurist/pedicurist or not come here at all. Oh, and tipi would always wax my brows, taking her time and tweezing any hairs she missed throughout the waxing process. Now she hurries the job and instead of tweezing the hair left behind, she shaves it off with a small razor blade, which I wouldn’t want her to do since she may hurt my flesh because she’s racing to get to other outfits. I know another inexpensive manicure salon that does good work, but I’m not sure about pedicures. For those who are curious, it’s called Lina pro nails. It’s a little establishment, maybe even smaller than this one, but at least they pay attention to you and do a nice job. In conclusion, fire the guys or make them clean up around the shop or the equipment, but don’t allow them do people’s nails/pedicures if they don’t know what they’re doing or care about. Thank you very much – –
(I’ll give them one more try if I come in to have my nails done since Vicky was my go-to person.) But now that she’s gone, I’m going to see if I can find another female manicurist to see if I can find a new go-to gal; keep tuned.)

Worst service I have ever received, I called for a price on long acrylic gel fill and she said $28! Then when I came she said $30 for long nails, after She cut my nails down very short she still said $30 and she charged me an extra $3 for her to cut my nails without telling me it’s extra charge.. worst service my nails are short and she considered them “long” they just make up any excuse to charge you more money. I would never come back here and I don’t recommend anybody wasting their time and money on this place!

2nd time coming! They are amazing. Vicky and Tepi are very kind. They took care of me. I took my daughter and she decided she wanted to get her nails painted and tepi did a design and color! My daughter loved it and approved! Will be definitely coming back more often! Thank you tepi and Vicky

On my big toe, the person who did my toes yesterday went nuts. She tugged so hard on the toe’s skin that I’m presently in excruciating pain with a swollen, pus-filled big toe. I had to return home and straighten a few of the nails since they were crooked.
My manicure was a touch sloppy, and she over-clipped the flesh on my middle finger, causing it to bleed.
Finally, it irritated me that she charged me an extra $1 since I picked an OPI nail colour.

First time customer and I loved it! Tippy did my full set and she did an amazing job,and rose did my pedicure which I also loved!! I will definitely be going back. Cute little salon with great prices! Area looks a little sketchy but don’t let that keep you from checking them out!

I’m so sad to have to lower my review for this place. This place is super affordable and the quality of the nails are pretty good for the price. However I had a really bad experience the last time I was here. A few months ago, I made an appointment for 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:50 and saw that all the nail techs were occupied with other people. I knew I was early so I was okay with it. It was then 2:15pm and I still hadn’t been taken back yet which I was still okay with as I am very patient. However, 2:30 came around and I still wasn’t taken back and then 2 more women came in saying they had a 2:30 appointment. By 2:40 I still hadn’t been seen I decided to walk out. I’m usually very patient but 40 minutes late is unacceptable. I figured that the other women they were working on before me were walk-ins. I don’t understand what the point is of giving me an appointment time if you’re not going to adhere to it. Why would you take a walk in customer knowing that you had someone with an appointment coming in? I’m sad that this experience has caused me to make the decision to find another nail place.
