Former boxing champion Ronda Rousey has given birth to her first child and has revealed the name of her daughter.
Ronda Rousey became a mother for the first time.
She welcomed her first child with husband Travis Browne, a 34-year-old former UFC fighter. The WWE star has released the first images of her newborn girl, who was born on March 28.
The ecstatic mother shared the name of her newborn baby alongside two gorgeous photos of her newborn baby’s hand cuddled up to Ronda and Travis.
She accompanied the Instagram photo with a red love heart as well as the name.
Travis re-posted the identical images to his own Instagram account, along with the following caption: “La’akea Makalapuaokalanip Browne, welcome to the world. You’re so cherished!”
He’s the father to Kaleo and Keawe, Ronda’s children from a previous marriage, and she recently paid respect to his abilities as a father in a moving post for Father’s Day.
She stated the following in her essay: “On this Father’s Day, may you be blessed with the presence of your best dad… the man who created you my father and who shows you every day how to find yourself by placing your family first rather than getting lost in your duty.
“As a strong, sensitive, and compassionate leader, you set the bar exceptionally high for the rest of us.
You’re our house, you know that? You are the glue that holds this family together, and you make me the happiest mother/wife/woman on the planet at all times. “Dear Travis Browne: I Love You”
She’s also talked about becoming a stepmother and adjusting to family life with them in the past.
She continued, “It evolved from being about me to being about the whole family.”
“It taught me how much joy I can get out of not worrying about myself,” she said.
Following the gender reveal themed around “Pokemon,” the couple had already informed their followers that they were expecting a girl.
As she explained in a video on her own YouTube channel:
“The last thing we wanted was to start a fire that would spread to hundreds or thousands of acres. Some individuals are nave. That was something we didn’t want to do.”
She went on to say of their home, “We’re keeping it Browsey Acres-style, we’re keeping it simple, safe.”
To unveil their sonogram, an animated green-spotted egg hatched from the woman’s belly, with the words “It’s a girl” inscribed beneath it.
