Mike Tyson and Jake Paul are reportedly in “Advanced Talks” about a fight.
Give the Paul brothers this: they consistently recruit top-tier, though aging, talent. The Sun is claiming that Logan Paul‘s younger brother, Jake Paul, is in “advanced negotiations” with none other than Mike Tyson himself, less than a year after Logan Paul fought Floyd Mayweather in a very profitable exhibition contest. Of course, the “talks” are about a possible multi-million dollar pay-per-view exhibition match between the two guys. According to The Sun, “Tyson and Paul’s representatives are working out arrangements for a blockbuster pay-per-view showdown later this year.” The match will allegedly take place in Las Vegas if it is agreed upon.

Related Mike Tyson and Jake Paul While tripping on psychedelic toad venom, Mike Tyson ‘died.’
“A verbal agreement has been formed to get it on,” an unidentified “business partner” of Tyson said, “but like other types of sports business, now it’s all about the contracts and money divided…
Mike is seeking a certain sum in order to enter the ring and guarantee a profit split. With boxers like Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao already retired and figures like UFC star Conor McGregor struggling to maintain their dominance, the Paul brothers seem to be pushing the novelty boxing phenomenon to new heights.
Of course, they won’t be able to accomplish it without huge names, and Tyson is about as big as it gets. Although he’s now in his fifties, the man once dubbed “the baddest man on earth” was so vicious, successful, and well-known in his time that Muhammad Ali and Jack Dempsey may have been the only two fighters to achieve similar recognition. Since then, no other fighter has come close. That means a battle between Paul and Tyson, even an older Tyson, will undoubtedly draw in a large number of viewers and bucks.
According to the anonymous source, Paul “is eager to show the world that getting into the ring with a guy once dubbed the world’s deadliest man takes his boxing career to the next level.” It will undoubtedly propel his novelty boxing career forward. Of course, the concern is what a potential fighter with minimal experience—which is exactly what Paul is—would do against an old, far beyond his prime lion. If this struggle succeeds, it will be a question that millions of people will pay to find out the answer to.

Mike Tyson is not fighting Jake Paul, according to his representative.
TOPLINE Mike Tyson will not be fighting social media sensation Jake Paul, according to a spokesperson for the former champion, debunking rumors fueled by tabloid stories stating the two were organizing a fight in Las Vegas later this year.
Important information
Tyson’s spokesperson, Jo Mignano, termed the rumors “completely incorrect” and said that the 55-year-old heavyweight “thinks the Paul brothers are fantastic, but isn’t and will not fight any of them.”
An acquaintance of Tyson’s told the tabloid The Sun on Monday that the former boxer and Paul, 25, were in “advanced discussions” to headline a roughly $50 million pay-per-view bout.
According to Forbes, Paul will be the second-highest-earning YouTuber in 2021, with his boxing matches with elite athletes like Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley accounting for 90 percent of his $45 million profits.
Logan Paul, Paul’s elder brother and the tenth highest-paid YouTuber with $18 million, was also supposed to be planning a battle with Tyson.
Forbes has reached out to Paul for comment, but he has yet to reply.
20.4 million is a large number. Jake Paul has that many followers on YouTube.
Important Background Information
According to MMAFighting.com, Logan Paul’s bout with Floyd Mayweather was one of the most popular pay-per-view events of the year, with over 1 million buys (the fight was an exhibition, so no winner was named, though ESPN scored it for Mayweather, 78-74). Jake Paul won all three of his bouts last year, and his boxing career now takes up the majority of his YouTube programming. Tyson last fought in the ring in 2020, against Roy Jones Jr. (another exhibition that led to a split decision). Tyson has known the Paul brothers for a long time and has participated in Logan’s podcast “Impaulsive.
