On the Harry Potter set Emma Watson talks about how she ‘fell in love’ with Tom Felton.
The whole Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts will premiere on HBO Max on January 1, 2022, but the Daily Mail has uncovered some memorable moments amongst the actors before of time.
Emma Watson recalled “falling in love” with her co-star Tom Felton when recalling their time on set together.
Watson was 11 years old and Felton was 14 years old when they were cast as Hermione and Draco, therefore she was condemned to be viewed as the “little sister.”
Watson said, “I stepped into the room where we were having tutoring.”
“The task was to depict what you felt God looked like, and Tom had drawn a female on a skateboard wearing a backward cap.”

“And I just don’t know how to explain it – I just fell in love with him,” she concluded.
Every day, I would come in and check the call sheet for his number, which was number seven, and if his name was on the call sheet, it was an especially exciting day.
He was three years older than me, so he thought of me as his “little sister.”
During the many years it took to shoot all eight Harry Potter films, much of the cast was exposed to dating rumours, but Watson swears her infatuation was never reciprocated—even though Felton claims he was aware of it.
During the reunion interview, he claimed, “I guess I was in the hair and make-up chair and someone mentioned something along the lines of, ‘Yeah, she had a crush on you.”
“I had a strong protective instinct for her.”
I’ve always had a soft place for her, and it still exists now.
There’s always been something, I don’t know, a sense of brotherhood.”
