July 15 (UPI) — — — UPDATED:. Both Netflix and Disney+ are airing original films this weekend based on Jane Austen’s Persuasion and Disney+’s third Zombies original feature.
The romantic comedy Love Accidentally will air on Freevee and Prime Video this weekend, while the adventure film Don’t Make Me Go, is about a single father with terminal cancer who drags his daughter along on a summer road trip, will be available on Prime Video.

Netflix’s ‘Persuasion’
On Friday, the Jane Austen novel-based film starring Dakota Johnson (Fifty Shades of Grey) will premiere. “An unconforming lady with modern sensibilities,” Johnson will portray Anne Elliot, who is caught between love from the past, and Frederick Wentworth, a dashing new suitor (Cosmo Jarvis). Henry Golding, Richard E. Grant, and Nikki Amuka-Bird are among the cast members.

John Cho (Star Trek, Cowboy Bebop) plays Max, a terminally ill single father who embarks on a summer road trip with his daughter Wally (Mia Isaac). It’s going to air this Friday. Jermaine Clement of the Conchords, Stefania LaVie Owen, and Kaya Scodelario of The King’s Daughter and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales are among the other cast members.
On Disney+: “Zombies 3”
As the zombie Zed, 21-year-old newcomer Milo Manheim will make his Disney+ debut on Friday in the third Zombies feature. Manheim told UPI that the “conflict” in each of the three films “encourages dialogue.” With cheerleader Addison (Meg Donnelly) and the other humans, zombies, and werewolves getting along by the third film, Zed has finally found acceptance. But suddenly, aliens swoop in to Seabrook, and everything is turned upside down once more.
Freevee’s ‘Love by Accident’—
On Friday, a new romantic comedy about a romance that only exists over the phone following a painful split will be released. In the lead role of Alexa, played by Brenda Song (Dollface), she makes the mistake of starting a relationship with her rival for a job at an advertising business, Jason (Aaron O’Connell). In the movie, Denise Richards plays the lady who conducts the job interview with the candidates.
“She Will” – On-Demand Video
Premieres this Friday, an IFC Films mystery about an old movie diva (Alice Krige) who flees to the Scottish countryside only to run into forces of vengeance from a nation where witches were burnt. Malcolm McDowell and Rupert Everett appear as the film’s co-stars.

HBO’s ‘The Rehearsal’
With a new programme about assisting people to prepare for life’s uncertainties, Nathan Fielder returns to the small screen this weekend. During the six-episode series, everyday individuals will be able to experience real events in a virtual world. For the first time since directing two episodes of Sacha Baron Cohen’s political satire Who Is America?, Fielder is back in front of the camera.
