Spotify Wrapped 2021
Spotify’s long-awaited Wrapped experience, which reveals the most popular artists and albums streamed in the first half of 2021, is now available. Even more social media-friendly features are being added this year to help you share your favorite music with a movie, aura, or playing cards. In addition to being able to post Spotify’s automatically generated images to your timeline, you can now do so directly to the video-sharing app TikTok for the first time. If nothing else, it’ll get people talking about Spotify in a way that Apple and YouTube just can’t quite match.
How to find your Spotify 2021 Wrapped experience. If you want to use Spotify’s interactive features, you’ll need to use its mobile app instead of the website or desktop version. For iPhone and Android users, simply click this link to open the app’s appropriate app page. Try refreshing the app if you haven’t seen it yet.
The following are some of the new features Spotify plans to implement in 2021 to encourage sharing:
Music for your biopic’s opening credits, reflection, dance-off or big game are all available in the Movie feature.
In addition, Spotify users can get a visual representation of their audio aura based on the moods they most frequently associate with their favorite songs.
You can now play and share with your friends a data-based game called Playing Cards on Spotify. Players can examine statements about another user’s listening history and deduce which one is false in the style of “two truths and a lie.”
For the first time, Spotify is allowing users to combine their Spotify Wrapped and share their results on social media. Spotify’s 2021 Wrapped hub also has content and playlists that are both personalized and editorially curated.

Wrapped cards can be sent to other social media platforms like Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook without the need for a third-party app.
That being said, what about those who do not utilize Spotify’s services? Even if we can’t access Spotify Wrapped as Apple Music subscribers, we still have access to Apple Music Replay, which compiles our favorite songs and artists, as well as lists our most-played albums and playlists going back to 2015. In other words, if you’re hoping to create your own version of today’s Wrapped interactive experience, the year 2021 will only serve to serve as a reminder.
A user’s listening history can be preserved on other music streaming services such as YouTube Music and Tidal. Some YouTube Music subscribers, according to 9to5Google, have discovered a 2021 Recap, which includes playlists and statistics. Tidal’s My 2020 Rewind feature was released on December 1st of last year, but an updated version for 2021 has not yet been released. Other streaming services, on the other hand, may want to wait until the end of the year to reflect on the year that was.
