Taco Bell has launched a $10-per-month ‘taco subscription service.’
Let’s hope your New Year’s resolve doesn’t prohibit you from eating fast-food tacos every day for the next month.
Taco Bell has announced the launch of their “digital taco subscription service,” which allows consumers to get one free taco each day for a total of 30 days for the low price of $10. (though prices may vary by location). The Crunchy Taco, Crunchy Taco Supreme, Soft Taco, Soft Taco Supreme, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Doritos Locos Tacos, and Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme are among the seven Taco Bell products available each day to members who sign up for the program.
Those interested in participating must buy a $10 Taco Lover’s Pass using the Taco Bell app. After that, the pass opens a “hidden category,” where users may chose whatever taco they want to redeem before picking it up at a partner restaurant.
In September 2021, Taco Bell tested their Taco Lover’s Pass in Tucson, Arizona. The test was deemed “successful” by Taco Bell since 20% of individuals who took part were new to the Taco Bell Rewards Program.
The 30-day subscription pass from Taco Bell is now available on the Taco Bell app.
Meanwhile, the Taco Lover’s Pass isn’t the only Taco Bell offer that can persuade shoppers to break their New Year’s goals. Taco Bell’s new Crispy Chicken Wings, which are covered in “flavorful Mexican Queso seasoning” and paired with a side of spicy ranch dipping sauce, will be available nationwide starting Jan. 6. While supplies last, bone-in wings will be offered at participating locations after 2 p.m.
Taco Bell is introducing chicken wings to its menu for one week only, and they’ll be available nationwide. The launch of the company’s new menu item is today. Last month, numerous new menu items were announced, but the new wings caught a lot of people’s attention. Along with the chicken, there will be some type of queso dipping sauce, so cheese fans will have reason to rejoice. There is one catch: Taco Bell requires that you order your wings after 2 p.m. There will undoubtedly be some lineups, and staff will need more time to satisfy the increased demand. The timing is also intriguing, given there was a severe chicken wing shortage at the end of 2021. With the epidemic still raging strong outdoors, restaurants around the nation suffered as the supply system was obviously strained. However, since the corporation is making this effort so early in the new year, they must not be too concerned about that potential. Take a look at what a spokesman had to say in the video below.
Beginning Today, Taco Bell will offer chicken wings.
“This special deal includes five bone-in Crispy Chicken Wings that are covered in rich Mexican Queso seasoning, crisped to perfection, and delivered with our trademark spicy ranch dipping sauce,” Taco Bell said in a statement. “The test kitchen masterminds’ newest innovation is wings.”
When certain menu adjustments were revealed in the autumn of 2020, many frequent customers were disappointed to learn that the Mexican Pizza will be discontinued. Taco Bell attempted to explain their manoeuvre on their website, as well as how it would effect the menu in the future.
Mike Grams, Taco Bell President and Global COO, stated, “We’re continuously analyzing methods to create a more efficient restaurant experience, and we’ve already starting to see improvements from reducing our menu.” “While we recognize that some fans may be disappointed to see some of their favorites disappear, this development of our menu genuinely opens the door to new and exciting concepts. Our kitchen’s inventiveness and invention hasn’t slowed down at all, and we’re excited to introduce new fan favorites.”
“One silver lining of bidding goodbye to the Mexican Pizza that may help you sleep better at night is that eliminating it off our menus helps us work toward our mission to leave a smaller impact on our world,” Taco Bell said in a statement. “Mexican pizza packaging now consumes approximately 7 million pounds of paperboard material in the United States each year.”
“Remember that Taco Bell is still vegetarian-friendly for vegetarians who have customized the Mexican Pizza as part of their go-to order. Our menu is still very customizable, and anybody wishing for a vegetarian option should substitute any meat for our original plant-based proteins — black and pinto beans, lentils, and tofu “They also added. “And who knows, you could see more plant-based options at Taco Bell in the not-too-distant future.”
